BOSTON GLOBE – The Marlborough Economic Development Corporation will hold a public forum Thursday to hear input on plans to revive the city’s downtown. Scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Masonic Hall at 8 Newton St., the meeting will give residents a chance to discuss recommendations floated in February by the Urban Land Institute Boston. The recommendations included narrowing Granger Boulevard to accommodate more businesses and fewer cars and altering Weed Street to attract pedestrians. The development agency is planning zoning changes and other proposals to adopt some of the institute’s suggestions.
