WORCESTER BUSINESS JOURNAL – Two small retail buildings on Route 20 in Marlborough have sold for $3.6 million, a price per square foot that the broker says sets a high mark for the I-495 market.
The combined 9,348 square feet of retail space puts the per-square-foot cost at $387.
The buyer of the site, Euger Lin, will occupy half of the larger of the two buildings with his company Marlborough Oral Surgery later this year, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties, the broker of the deal that announced the sale Friday. That building formerly hosted a Sprint store.
The smaller building is leased to The Vitamin Shoppe.
The property at 423 and 435 Lakeside Ave. sits between the interchange with I-495 and the Apex Center of New England shopping complex, which opened last fall.
