BANKER & TRADESMAN – Tenants have leased 95 percent of the retail space at the Apex Center of New England, part of a 13-building, 496,000-square-foot development set on 43 acres off Route 20 in Marlborough.
Westford-based Ryan Development LLC said this week Hot Table Panini, European Wax Center and Breakout Games have signed leases. Previously announced tenants include 110 Grill, Evviva Cucina, Starbucks, IC Federal Credit Union, Sports Clips, Zoots, T-Mobile, Qdoba Mexican Eats, Friendly’s and Primrose Touchfree Car Wash. Dusty Burke of Bellingham-based American Commercial Real Estate is the retail and entertainment broker.
Construction of the initial 44,640-square-foot phase of a medical or office building continues. A 69,700-square-foot build-to-suit building connected by a two-story glass atrium would comprise the second phase. JLL’s Phil DeSimone, Bill Bailey, Rob Mahoney and Andrew Sherman are leasing the office and medical spaces.
