WORCESTER BUSINESS JOURNAL – A 123-unit expansion of the Avalon Marlborough apartment complex is set to begin opening to new residents in July.
The new market-rate direct-entry apartments and townhomes include one- and two-bedroom units with prices starting in the low $2,000s for 12-month leases.
The new units are slated to be completed in phases ranging from July to December, according to Virginia-based AvalonBay Communities, the site’s developer. Existing units start at $1,902 a month for a one-bedroom unit and $2,175 for two bedrooms.
