Marlborough, MASS. November 28, 2018– Personal finance website WalletHub has ranked Marlborough among the top 20% of the Best Small Cities to Live in America. The city was also ranked 51st in education out of more than 1,200 communities.

In the study released last month, WalletHub compared 1,268  U.S. cities with populations between 25,000 and 100,000 based on 40 key indicators of livability, ranging from housing costs to school-system quality to restaurants per capita. Marlborough received a total score of 61.61, landing in the 80th percentile of the Best Small Cities to Live in America.

The ranking comes on the heels of MEDC’s release of the new promotional video for the city, which showcases Marlborough’s many offerings and amenities to developers, businesses, employees and residents.
